Comfortable room, great location, with a good-sized room that was perfect for resting after a day of exploring, and conveniently located just a 20-minute walk to the castle and 5 minutes to the main shopping district.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet there. So many options to choose from, we stuffed ourselves every morning! They were super helpful when we needed directions, one staff member even printed out a map for us when our phones were lost.

The local food scene around Mystays is mouthwatering! You can stroll to spot-on joints like Hunk＆Betty for burgers or Coco Ichibanya for a curry fix. The breakfast at the hotel was a fresh delight and the staff were super friendly—what's not to love? Plus, the river view from my room was stunning!

Only bummer was the centralized A/C—it cranked out heat during my winter stay, and I couldn’t tweak it. The laundry facilities could use a bit more TLC. my clothes had an odd smell after.

The room was spacious and nicely arranged, providing enough space for our group. The location was perfect. we easily walked to the castle and shopping areas. We especially enjoyed the lovely river view from our room, which added to our experience.

Parking nearby can be a bit inconvenient since it's not free.
